Corporate Responsibility.

At Fæger we know we have a responsibility beyond just making beautiful jewellery. As a business we are constantly trying to improve and find new ways to contribute to our environment and communities, and build a business we are proud to be a part of.

Our sustainability pledge

We believe that jewellery should last forever. As a business, we intend our designs to be worn, cherished, and passed on for many future generations to also enjoy.  This is reflected in the timelessness of our designs and in the integrity of our materials. We only work in real gold and platinum to celebrate these endlessly recyclable precious metals.

Supporting the Local Trade

We are also strong advocates for supporting local businesses in the trade. Not only does this give back to the jewellery industry we are a part of, but in turn also allows us to create jewellery in a much more efficient and sustainable way.

We source all our metal, components and gemstones from the UK. Additionally, being based in the centre of jewellery in London, our main workshops and craftspeople are all within walking distance from us. Meaning every single piece we create is entirely home grown.

Therefore, we are proud to say that we have recently earned the “Created in the UK” accolade from the NAJ, recognising jewellery manufacturers and makers that produce work here. This allows us to now stamp the coveted CITUK stamp on all our work. So look out for it on all our jewellery amongst the traditional hallmarks!
