For all orders special delivery is complimentary. For stocked items we aim to ship your order within 1 business day of purchase unless specified otherwise, and pending availability and credit verification.
Anything made to order or needs further adjustments please contact us for turnaround time estimates.
Please be aware that all deliveries require a signature for delivery.

Collect: (Greville Street, London). Order before 12pm for next day collection (Monday- Friday). You will receive an email notification from us to arrange collection when your order is ready.
Next Day: Order before 12pm for next day delivery. Any orders after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day (Monday – Friday).
International Priority Express. Order before 12pm for next working day dispatch. 3-5 working days for EU & US orders. 5-7 working days for ROW orders.
Please note that international shipments are subject to customs clearance which can cause delays out of our control.
As part of routine inspections carried out by US Customs, orders valued over $2,500 may be subject to a further information request via our nominated courier including the shipping receivers IRS number. This is a routine requirement requested by US Customs for clearance of the shipment.

For customers outside of the UK, all orders are shipped with Import Duties & Taxes unpaid.
Therefore, customers will be contacted by our nominated courier in advance of delivery for collection of these fees which are payable directly to the courier.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days. Contact us by email: info@faeger-uk.com with details of your online return request.
We will only accept goods that are unworn, undamaged and in the original Henry & Powell box. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.
